Hi everyone. My thanks to our workshop leaders for organizing this experience. I am Andrea Pearson, an art historian specializing in gender and sexuality. I published an article, turned later into a book chapter, that intersected with disability studies (chapter in Gardens of Love and the Limits of Morality in Early Netherlandish Art). I am interested in keeping up with this field of study by learning what you all are working on and where you think the field might be going. One area of concern is my use of terms, which are probably not the preferred terms of the discipline at the moment (I work primarily on gender and sexuality, where terms are also changing quickly). Apologies for the late post. I had trouble making it work.
